abit ab9 pro on it's way out. Socket 775. Need to replace asap.

Hi All

My trusty abit ab9 pro seems to have developed a couple of problems. Only one USB port is working and i've also managed to snap off one of the sata connectors so that's my raid 0 boot device gone :-(

Think it's time to replace.

Can anyone please recommend a replacement? I need 4 DIMM sockets and I wouldn't mind an onboard raid controller. Not planning to overclock and I need to keep the costs down.

Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3LR is a good board but out of stock here.

Hi - THanks for that. Seem to be very little stock around for this. a lot of other sites are saying discontinued.

I could dump the onbroad raid controller and get something cheaper ?

There's the Gigabyte GA-P43-ES3G which is about as cheap as a decent(ish) board get's.

That's a good board, im using one, and have been for the last 2 weeks, and found no problems with it.
