Ok I havent done much overclocking, I dont normally bother but today I was bored so I decided to attack my abit ai7 & 2.6c & 1gig of giel value pc3200
I set the divider to 5:4, upped the fsb to 231mz which pushes the cpu to just over 3ghz. voltages are stock, agp/pci are locked and the temps are hovering around 42c (cant be sure thats correct tho) with a thermalright slk-800u
I cant get GAT to work? cpuz says "performance mode disabled"
Tbh I dont know much about this stuff as I normally just use things at stock and get on with work, so is this all ok? after all this time floating about the forums I still feel a complete newb when it comes to overclocking cpu's lol
