Abit Fatal1ty IN9 restart problem

Sorry, if this has been covered elsewhere but I couldn't see it.

I'm getting an intermittent problem with restarting windows (shutdown is fine). When the system tries to restart occasionally if will hang at the post screen and not get past disk detection. Is this a known problem?

Stock voltage. Stock BIOS (sorry don't know off of the top of my head).
System Spec
Intel E4300
Inno Geforce 8800GTS 320MB
GEIL 2GB DDR2 800 Cas5
WD 250GB SATA HD 16MB Cache
Samsung SATA DVD drive.

Did fiddle around with overclocking, but this problem was occuring straight away during windows install. I'm assuming either a BIOS fix, bios setting change or hardware conflict (not that there are many other options really).

yea known hang, does it a lot when OC'ed too.

get the Bios 11 and see if that helps, reduced the occasion by about 50% for me.

Ah thanks. I see that bios 12 is due in the next week or so, so I may hold off until then.

bios 12beta isnt as good, ive used both and am sticking with 11 for now.
