Can only see it driving prices up.
Apart from the remaining Abit stock that is already in the channel, people will be giving this away as there is no warranty anymore.
No manufacturer warranty ... but retailer will still have liabiity under sales of goods etc
one of the best early overclocking boards I had was an Abit (NF7) I think to clock my Barton 2500.
