Abit IN9 32X-MAX post 90 error code - help required

Got a new rig (well I am assembling it for a m8) and I am getting a specific error code of post 90 with is something to do with guru. Any one know what I should do next?

All kit brand new from OCUK

system specs?
90 or 9.0.?
9.0. is usually either BIOS (corrupt, unsupported CPU etc.) or power related (failing/inadequate PSU, short etc.).

I have this motherboard, runs fine for me, first thing I would do is power off, press the cmos reset button on the back, power back on the code will now say CC then power off, put the cmos switch back to how it originally was, then power on and pray.
