Abit IN932 Max - Question

Howdy folks,

Does anyone know if whether the Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme, Noctua NH-U12F, Thermaltake BigTyp 120 VX and the Tuniq Tower 120 CPU will fit the Abit IN9 32X-MAX WiFi MoBo, in an Antec 900 with a BFG 8800GTX and the optional side mounted case fan?

I believe it fits. The layout is the same as the other 680i boards
