Abit IP35 - CPU Fan Speed

Monring all,

Splashed on, and now have anAbit IP35, with a Q6600 G0.

I've bought a Zalman Flower to go with it, but it seems to be running full speed all the time.

Is it asomething I have set wrong in the bios? can this be adjusted in Windows?

which exact Zalman?
have you set the fan in the BIOS to 3-pin/4-pin (whichever is correct for your hsf)?

OK, sorry for the delay, its a 4 pin fan - Zalman CNPS9500-AT Aero Flower

CPU (Q6600) is running at 36c, and Fan is running at 2057 RPM.

so, you have the 4-pin option selected in the BIOS?
that particular model doesn't have the fanmate does it?
