BIOS 16. Damage processor?

Update to the latest BIOS if you haven't already, then reset your CMOS and run a 'scan for hardware changes' in Device Manager. 51-56c is alright if you have SpeedStep off - your CPU fan is probably spinning dead slowly.

Couple of things to try if you have not so already, try doing a CMOS reset and do a search in windows for new hardware.

Temps, what heat sink are you using, try reseating the heat sink and what thermal paste and how much did you use.

Rob :)

OK

Coller Noctua NH-U12P CPU i chnged 3 times thermal paste no improvements. Orginal Noctua thermal paste. I celared cmos a couple of times no results. Device manager shows 4 cores. Bios shows 40C. Bios 16 ver.

Ok

After reinstalling Windows i have got 4 cores uhhhh.
But temperatures arent correct. I think thermal sensor is damage because i took off cooler and processor wasnt hot.
