I could be wrong, but IIRC the 9.0 error normally means an RMA is needed.

Google Abit bios error 9.0 and see for yourself.

need more info - full spec, whether it's a new build that won't start, existing build that used to work but no longer etc.

9.0. is generally either BIOS (corrupt, unsupported CPU etc.) or power (inadequate/failing PSU, short etc.) related.

its a "b-grade" from ocuk just done a test run with E6600 1gb ddr2 and a 7600gt wasnt in a case psu was corsair 620w

assuming that you don't have a short I'm going to guess probably a corrupted BIOS.
Do you have anything that you can hot flash in?
