Abit Kn8 Vs Kn8 Ultra

Once again, i'm dipping into the OcUK fountain of knowledge for advice on my new rig. I'm wondering if theres any significant advantage which should sway me towards the Ultra version of this board, over the standard?

SATA2 is the main difference as far as I know, not sure if it has faster onboard LAN too. For an extra £5 I chose the ultra.
