Ok my mate has a abit nf7 but its version 1.x not 2.x so it won't support a 200fsb cpu and he wants to buy my 3200, so is there a way to get the board to run stable at 200fsb
I've heard that you can get a modded bios that allows it, but cant seem to find one :(
can anyone help??

The modded bios's you are thinking of are all for the version 2.0 boards. I think it's the actual shipset that is the problem and therefore no bios mod will get round the limitations. I think the version 2 boards used and updated chipset, the N-Force 2 Ultra which officially ran at 200 mhz for the fsb. The N-force 2 chipset could only go to 166. I think.

Link explains the diffs between version 1.0 and 1.2 should help you some. Look at the supported cpu's fsb speeds.
