What's this board like?

Was going to go down the Duo2core route, but can't justify a monster pc at the moment when i don't game on it.

I've got a decent opteron which clocks well and good ram, so may as well use it!

going to get a sugo and a board.

My bad can't find it, can't even remember who i got it from.

Have found the Foxconn in stock.

I have a Silver Sugo for my DFI RS482 Infinity along with a Clawhammer FX55, 2Gb Geil value ram, Leadtek 7800GT, Creative Audigy, Pioneer DVR111DSV and a WD 320Gb hard drive. Shame it is hardly ever used.

For 939 mATX boards look out for the Biostar Tforce 6100, the Foxconn 6150 based board, and the DFI RS482.

For AM2 look for the Abit NFM2. :)

will do, thanks matey.

Not that fussed about clocking anymore. Don't really game on my pc anymore, only browsing and music ripping etc. Don't really need an overclocked machine for that, just a solid one.

Personally I would take the DFI out of them all.

But they're all fantastic boards.

Either way mate, even if you didn't like the board, it would get snapped up very quick in MM.

i looked at the biostar and it only has 2 sata connections....no good for me i need 4.

The downer with the DFI is it's only SATA 1 and not SATA 11.....really an issue?

i only really want a solid board with enough connections for me

I'm biased as you know, no probs with my DFI, pity DFI street has closed as it was a good source of knowledge on all their bords. The replacement site seems lacking at the mo due to its newness.

DFI RS482 Infinity

Got my X2 4600 running in her now. :p :D
