About.Me site like?

basically i got an idea for a website but how it works is kind of similar to how people use about.me website. But I am not a web programmer so I was wondering how hard is it to create a website alike and is there anything similar to this out there?

There would be a fair bit of work if doing it from scratch, you may be able to find a free template though. All i can really say. If you want to do it yourself you will need to learn various web languages at some point.
