Is it stuff customers have returned (so possible dead pixel problems sent under DSA), or new stock OcUK received but in a duffed box etc ?

Mine was from b-grade and it came without its original box but all accessories are included. The monitor is brand new but has 1 dead pix as I just discovered recently. Took me a few months to find it so it's not obvious.

Ogs, I have just bought one of those b-grade sammys today. You have a cooling off period so if you find dead pixels or whatever you can return it, i'll let you know what state mine comes in tomorrow if you want but I guess each one has its own unique fault - may be lucky and its just a damaged box or missing cables (fingers crossed!).

Well i just spoke to someone on the phone, and i asked what happens if im not happy with it when i receive it and he let me know that i can just return it within 7 days, so ive ordered one (there selling out pretty quick), lets hope its all good !

I am not suprised, they were £260 a few days ago then it dropped the other day to £210 and now £200. If we dont get any major faults these are an absolute bargain! Can't wait for tomorrow!

i bought a b grade 19" monitor. it came fully packaged like a new one and had no dead pixels. i would have guessed that it was returned because the customer realised when they got it that they wanted a bigger monitor. it cost £92 which i thought was a bargain unlil i saw that other 19" monitor for £70.

Bought a 206 bw and a dell 2008 20 inch, dell came boxed but looked like it has been opened. The sammy came in a different box but looked new. Both are fine, no dead pixels and both cheap!

Bought the 206 at something like £115 which was a shame as it got reduced to £89 a few days later but the 2008 dell was well worth it at 105. Both running side by side now :D

Its arrived, no cables, no manuals, and importantly, NO DODGY PIXELS ! Ive bought a right bargain, YAY.

So glad i found this thread, was about to grab the dell that was on the "this week only offer" until i saw this!

Hopefully i don't have any dead pixels etc but i suppose i can always send it back if there are!

Just ordered my new system to go with it aswell, an 8800GTX running on this is going to be sweeeeet :)

I just hope the university mailroom isnt too ****** at me having all these massive boxes delivered ;)

Ordered the Samsung 245B yesterday and just got it.

It came in it's original box but had clearly been opened before and taped back up.

It came with both an RGB and DVI cable as well as both a Euro and UK plug.

It also came with the manual.

As far as I can tell the only thing missing is the Driver CD but I downloaded the driver last night.

As for the monitor itself - As new.

First initial look at it I could see nothing to suggest it had even been handled before, no smears or fingerprints and no dust.

And most importantly absolutely no dead pixels that I can tell.

Overall an absolute bargain - extremely happy with the purchase.

Thank you OcUK.
