About time we had nvidia and amd subforums?

With arguments happening in most threads and posts being deleted it may be a good idea like other forums do to separate the brands?
 
I'd have very little to giggle about then, shame on you Suarez.
The bickering happens on both sides of the fence, you'll also be more prone to deliberate trolling as someone from AMD camp goes into Nvidia enclosure because they beat them at something, and likewise from Nvidia.

Also, what about all those who sit on the fence? This would solve one problem but cause many more, best bet is just put those you disagree with on your ignore list and get on with your life.

It's very rare you get a giggle out of it anymore anyway, it's becoming more annoying than funny.

I'd rather not have to put people on ignore either, and surely anyone going into the other forum and intentionally trolling makes it an easier decision for mods to hand out suspensions?

I have to admit, id prefer it. I know one thing, you'd never see me post in the Nvidia section.

I've had many people on ignore. Not all Nvidia users either. Its the only way i can stop myself at times from getting suspended.

Well they could but unfortunately that's not going to happen with the way it currently is. Someone posts a problem and more often than not someone from the other side will come in and start flaming instead of helping, happened in both nvidia and amd driver threads. I'm no saint myself, if I'm reading a thread and it's already been derailed sometimes I'll add to it.

The constant digs are sometimes funny, depends how quiet it's been. Every other thread is boring, every once in a while is fun.

I've only put one person on my ignore, can't remember who it was...it's a pretty good feature unless you're curious to what they've said then you just have to control yourself not to bite.

Well lets be honest they aren't though are they? The posts just gets RTM'd then half a page of posts gets deleted and more than likely the thread has been derailed that much nobody bothers discussing it properly anymore.

Go read the misc or something if you want a laugh.

I hope that means you consider me in the 1%? I know i annoyed you when i killed you a lot with the m320 in Metro. But its Metro, its rude not to use an M320. ;)
 
I don't dislike or like one brand more. I like all brands. I've had both AMD and Nvidia. I have been using Nv more lately.

No matter what it is Video Console.....PC......Phones.....Movies....Everyone will have their personal opinion on what they like. It the way we humans are. We are always at war with each other. It will never change. ever!!! It's the way they made us? who or what ever made us that is?

Yet surprisingly the phones and movies sections are rather civil, even the console section is more civil than here.
