Hi guys,

Massive thanks for taking the time to skim this spec.

I think it's ok, but have concerns like possible motherboard compatibility or thermal build up given it appears to be a mini case.

Anyway the spec is:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
AMD Ryzen 5 5600x 6 core 12 thread cpu
Wraith Spire RGB cooler
Gigabyte Rtx 3080 Gaming OC 10gb
32Gb 3600MHz Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro Ram
Aorus B550i Pro Ax Motherboard
1Tb Pcie 4.0 SSD (super fast 5000mbs read)
Corsair SF750 80+ Platinum Sfx Power Supply
Cooler Master NR200P Mini ITX Case
Deepcool CF120 ARGB fans
Wifi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1
Windows 10 Pro Activated

This Gaming PC has only been used for 2 months and is in Perfect condition.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Comes with all boxes, invoices, paperwork and at around RRP when individually entered into PC Park Picker.

Personally I would also have wanted additional SSD M2 and the Asus OC Strix.

Anyway let me know, it's likely going to be output to an LG 65" 2018 OLED (C8).

Thanks,
Paul

What about heat though. And is this 3080 going to be a noticeable step down from the ASUS ROG OC? I’m unlikely to do COD or anything like that, but open world RPG (maybe Cyberpunk when patched).

Ultimately I really just want Ultra settings, 4K, 60fps. Will this do, or at least be around that?

Really? I was hoping it’d again be an ASUS one ROG one as I feared getting the most out the CPU/GPU

Thanks for the comments, I need as many as I can get to help decide whether I do this.

Any RTX 3080 is rare (unless on auction sites) and the strix 3080 is even rarer. So if you trust the seller and happy with the price, go for it. I presume the system is already built and working given your origina post? Can always change the case if concerned about heat build up.

Well I don’t know the seller and it’s around RRP for something that is 2 months old.
But due to lack of availability I’m definitely tempted. And it seems as there’s no major issues, in fact you’ve all been complimentary.

It’ll be a collection and likely PayPal Credit so hopefully I have that award winning combo of the seller’s home address and Credit protection should something dodgy be revealed.

And yes currently built and apparently working great. Only selling due to lack of interest, that’s a little concerning given the very recent level of investment to get a computer of that spec when the world is hunting for them.

Any reciepts supplied with the pc otherwise you have no warranty claim.

At least some reassurance then but paperwork could mean manuals, i would check this.

Will definitely the check. I once spent £2000 on a custom ‘gaming’ laptop from PC Specialist and I love being able to log into my order and see all my latest drivers, so I’m loosing out on all that.

But to have something so close to what I’m looking for, for not a crazy currently inflated price is really quite tempting.

Also check if the warranty has been registered because its not transferable.

Should be fine and you can always undervolt with a minimal performance loss if you want to keep temps down.

Did think that: altho I’m so out of touch. We’re talking 1998 Voodoo 3DFX era of gaming PC’s; since then only a top spec laptop. So I’ll have to brush up.

I’m actually thinking of leaving it; it’s available for around £2,300 which on PC part picker is about right (for new and available). But quite a risk for an semi-new eBay purchase. Or would any of you go for it?!

I would build my own. For that budget I could upgrade the cpu and use a bigger itx case which has good thermals. As a comparison this build leaves plenty for a gpu and a second nvme. The build can be tweeked to taste

AMD Ryzen 7 5800X £399.95
Gigabyte B550I AORUS PRO AX (AMD AM4) B550 Mini-ITX Motherboard £174.95
Corsair SF Series 750W 80 Plus Platinum Modular SFX Power Supply £134.99
Lian-Li PC-TU150WA Aluminium Mini-ITX Case - Silver Window £99.95
Patriot Viper Steel 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 PC4-25600C16 3200MHz £128.99
WD Black 1TB SN750 M.2 2280 NVME PCI-E Gen3 Solid State Drive (WDS100T3X0C) £119.99
Cooler Master Hyper 212 RGB Black Edition CPU Cooler £46.99
NF-A12x15 PWM Chromax Black Swap Fan -120mm £20.99
£1126.8
