About to buy a new build

Cheers lads, I am seriously in a pickle here and not sure what to pick.

I have just about £200 for a CPU, Mobo and RAM.

YOUR BASKET
1 x AMD A10-5800K Black Edition 3.80GHz (Socket FM2) APU Trinity Quad Core Processor (AD580KWOHJBOX) £97.99
1 x Gigabyte F2A85X-D3H AMD A85X Chipset (Socket FM2) DDR3 ATX Motherboard £64.99
1 x GeIL EVO Leggera 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-17000C11 2133MHz Dual Channel Kit (GEL38GB2133C11DC) £43.99
Total : £206.98 (includes shipping : FREE).

I like this due to the APU but is a 6770 going to be a big improvement over a dedicated GTX260? I can imagine so due to the fact the 6770 is quite a bit newer but then if I do decide to move onto a better card for this machine, would I not be better off with a Z77 chip and a cheap i3 atm, then fire in a i5 3570k when haswell comes out and a 7850? As in will the FM2 socket be an upgradable option say next year?

I don't intend to buy haswell due to the fact this tech is more than capable for a couple of years and will be cheaper :p

YOUR BASKET
1 x Intel Core i3-3220 3.30GHz (Ivybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor (77W) - Retail £91.99
1 x Gigabyte Z77-DS3H Intel Z77 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard £75.98
1 x GeIL EVO Leggera 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-17000C11 2133MHz Dual Channel Kit (GEL38GB2133C11DC) £43.99
Total : £211.97 (includes shipping : FREE).

What am I better off in the long run, I have no idea how long the FM2 socket will last and I know the 1155 socket is already months away from dieing but I also know the intel range well and not got a clue about the AMD range lol.

HALP! :p
