I have a celeron so I should be able to perform a bios update if needs be on the Asus motherboard apart from that I don't see any problems do you?

It all looks basically fine, I'd probably change the hard drives for the Seagate 7200.10s as they seem to be faster.

I think the CPU cooler comes with thermal compound. So save yourself a fiver and get a Dell 24" Widescreen VDU to compliment the lovely kit you have chosen.
