P43 boards don't clock as well as P45 boards, so I'd be reluctant to get that motherboard. With the 5200, high fsb isn't really an issue so it's not going to matter as much.

If you're not overclocking then that board will definitely be fine.
I'm unsure how much of it will be assembled, I'd expect it all in boxes but it's possible they put things in the case for you.
