P43 boards don't clock as well as P45 boards, so I'd be reluctant to get that motherboard. With the 5200, high fsb isn't really an issue so it's not going to matter as much.
Worth finding a review of the motherboard and checking it comes with at least two sata cables, as oem drives wont

im a noob so i dont really understand that,but ocuk build the basic pc with case,psu,mobo,ram nd cpu installed,i just have to put in gpu etc

If you're not overclocking then that board will definitely be fine.
I'm unsure how much of it will be assembled, I'd expect it all in boxes but it's possible they put things in the case for you.

from what ive heard they build the barebones system?also ive changed the ram to faster kingston ram
