About to flash my bios but

hey guys, id like to flash my bios and i havnt done this in over a year at which time my pc wasnt overclocked, so my question is will flashing my bios reset my overclock? I'm thinking it will but would just like to make sure so i can write down my current bios settings and then replace them after a bios flash.

yes it will reset it all to default

Yes, everything will be reset. remember to fully clear cmos after using the single dimm method.

What bios you gonna use? 704 i hope!

before u flash, u should put everthing @ default settings 2 be on the safe side anyway

flash bios & clear cmos, u should b fine

well it wouldnt post after flashing so i reset bios and all was ok. altho my saved bios settings in rcon reloaded dont work.
