Just done some quick research and the Coolermasters appear to lose out in cooling/temps. Antecs are ace afa cooling is concerned..hmmm
how about the antec 183? if you want to fit a 5970, you can just ditch the center cage in the middle.
we got an older model antec case, same design have to remove the center cage just to fit a 5830 and mount the hdd in the bottom cage.
annoys me have to ditch internal parts. thats why i would just choose as big of a case as i can get nowadays, everything getting bigger.

The CM690 will fit a 5970 you just have to remove the bottom HD cage, which you will not need anyway, unless you plan on having more than three hard drives in it.
