does it look ok, or is there any obvious problems?

just need a power supply

this Enermax Liberty 500W ELT500AWT ATX2.2 Modular SLI Compliant PSU

or

Corsair HX 520W ATX2.2 Modular SLI Compliant PSU (CMPSU-520HXUK)

or

OCZ GameXStream 600w Silent SLI Ready ATX2 Power Supply

are these all equally as good?

I'm not all that informed about Ram but you might be better with some PC6400 Ram for overclocking purposes since you can get some for the same price or only slightly more than the Crucial, however you should avoid the GSkill Ram other than the HZ as there is a known incompatability with the Gigabyte motherboard. Maybe do a quick search in the Memory or Overclocking forums to see what the advice is. :)

I'd also pick the Corsair, it is based on the Seasonic M12 design but apparantly built to even higher standards so it is a bit of a bargain.

thanks i think i'll go for the corsair then.

about the ram, it's what they advised on the memory forum apparently its better than the geil 6400 ultra
