What is your current motherboard? The Audigy is a decent enough soundcard but it might not be all that much of a jump over onboard, unless there is something wrong with the onboard, in which case of course go for it.

I don't know about the speakers I'm afraid but it sounds like they can't be any worse than your current ones.

The rest is as good as you will get for the price.
