I'm about to order (in a day or two due to paypal being slow) the following lenses!

Canon 24-70 2.8 L
Canon 70-200 2.8 L IS

To say I'm excited is an understatment, I think my initial lense collection is pretty good with the Sigma 10-20mm so now I'll be needing a decent flash and I'm even considering a 5D body before the year is out.

This is getting pretty expensive, I heard before that once you start buying a few bits it snowballs out of control. I didn't think it would happen to me so badly though!

My overdraft is shot to pieces, waiting on pay day again... :D

Mr Big Spender :)

I have a 24-70L F2.8, it's a great lens and is the first choice when it comes to weddings. Having tank like build quality means it's heavy so it is not really a walk about lens. Colour, contrast, sharpness and focus speed are excellent and the fast 2.8 aperture make it the choice above the 24-105L F4 IS in my opinion.

I was close to buying the 24-105 L F4 IS simply due to the better range and having IS, would have been a great walkabout lens if it was 2.8. But, it being England here the weather is usually dim so i'll be indoors, thought I would be better off with the 2.8. IS can't freeze frame people and i'll be shooting some weddings. I've heard nothing but great things about the 24-70 for weddings and it slots perfectly in with the 70-200 too! :)

Need a bigger camera bag now, any suggestions? :o
