You think this is ok guys ? budget is set at £500 , i just bought a 5870 on tues and kicks ass

but wish to continue with upgrade path.

if any other suggestions , im open to them, i mainly game all the time.

do you guys think its a worthy upgrade for now ? or should i hold on ?

I dont want to overclock the Q6600 anymore etc.

Its a decent chip you already have, so not overclocking it is a shame.

Are you sure you want to fill all your memory slots up in one go? Two 4gig sticks may only cost a bit more.

well its not a cert with the memory and motherboard.. just getting idea what u guys think and suggest should do etc.
