About to overclock, spec me some cooling.

I want to overclock my machine to get the most out of it as possible. Currently i am running a Q6600 G0, 8800GTX and 2GB PC5400.

I've always discounted water cooling kits because i was afraid i might do something wrong or even buy the wrong hardward. Is there complete kits you can buy these days which have everything included ?

There are quite a few watercooling kits.
