About to pop up OcUK for a new monitor, which one?

I don't need anything fancy like 144Hz, super-widescreen or a curved screen, just a decent 24" monitor for a round the £120 mark is what I'm after.

I'm currently down to a choice between the:

Asus VE247H 24" 1920x1080 TN Widescreen LED Multimedia Monitor - Black

and the

Iiyama ProLite GE2488HS-B1 24" 1920x1080 TN 1ms Widescreen LED Super Slim Bezel Monitor - Black

Very similar I think. I had an iiyama that was great, so I can recommend them, that said the Asus seems well reviewed too. Mostly going to be a preference thing, I think.

I bought the wife one of these and she loves it.

Cheap but does the job nicely.

Went with the Asus one in the end. Despite them being very similar, that one had the better reviews. I didn't think the difference from an old 1680x1050 Samsung to this would be that great, but I have to say - I have screen real estate.
