About to start building my own computer

Right, so I've bought all the components that I need to build my PC with.

Before I let myself loose and possibly risk messing things up ha! What would be the best way to ground/earth myself?

Is there something I should be touching before I open any of the boxes with the components or whatever?

Any other building tips would be great as well
