I'm currently on ADSLMax with Entanet but for the last few months I've had really bad issues with the connection due to a faulty extension in the house. Now connected to the master socket the line profile has risen steadily to roughly full speed again, downloading files at about 450-520kB/sec.

While frustrated with the connection I checkout out the VM phone and broadband offers and I can get a 20Mb connection and phone line for £21 (for 3months) then downgrade if I want to the 10Mb line & phone for £22 or stick with the 20Mb line and pay £31 for the remaining 9months.

My current "package" of BT phone line and Entanet works out at about £35/month so it would seem a no-brainer to go with the VM deal but I can't seem to find any news on the net of customers praising the service of VM. Is it a case of people only shout and complain when things go wrong and should I be avoiding them altogether?

Cheers.

I did ask and I've got 30 days in which to give notice of cancellation. Will keep Entanet on while I try out VM. Just wanted to see if there were any forum posters praising VM...none yet...
