was just wondering if it would be worth just waiting for the black friday sales to upgrade my gpu to a 980ti or should i do it now

no reason am asking is am not using a samung 48" 4k curved as my main pc screen and hte little 780 is showing signs of struggling, yes ive got a itch finger hovering lol

Great warranty with EVGA and a nice quiet and cool running card, so if you can justify it, go for it. It still won't own 4K but it will be around twice as fast as your 780.

I am the same, buying in a week and a half or waiting until Black Friday/Cyber Monday.

What I am curious of, is what will be most likely be reduced and what will the savings roughly be??

If you are using Ultra HD I would go for the EVGA Hybrid. Great card and the warranty is excellent. 780 is very limited at 2160p.

planning on using ultra hd card struggled with battlefront beta when i maxed everything so thats me sold on what 1 to get just need to decide if to wait till black friday or get now, anyone know if theres going to be a good drop in gpu prices or any wild guesses

I would imagine they could have some sub £500 deals on the cheaper models. The Hybrid is already £50 off of the admittedly high launch price, so I wouldn't expect a big price drop on it as it's one the best models imo. Nothing wrong with waiting a few weeks though.
