They arranged courier collection within 48 hours and 3 days later I received it back with a new pump and lifetime warranty (I wrote the car off a couple weeks later but it was a nice gesture anyway
).

I've used http://www.ecutesting.com three times now twice for ABS units and once for a throttle body. Prices and service are good and with the throttle body they tested it for me found no fault and only charged a nominal fee as repair wasn't needed.
