It thrashes Elite Beat agents but advance Wars and Mario kart beat it :)

I thought Elite Beat Agents was just the USA/Europe version of OSU TATAKAE OUENDA?

Are DS's region free then?

Yes they're region free, it's just that the US and euro have trouble reading japanese.

EDIT the jp version has a jp soundtrack whereas the other versions don't

My son has Animal Crossing, as do his mates... the missus picked it up and has become hooked on it now too.

It's not at all like Resident Evil, but I think it's the DS equivalent of crack cocaine.

I know exactly what your on about, perhaps we should begin an animal crossing anonymous for left out partners :D

Yes you can play games from any regions in a UK DS, although i believe multiplayer could be problematic if you have one person with a UK cart and another with US/JPN.

EBA is the westernised version and has different songs, its not a straight port. Personally i think both versions are very good and what you prefer comes down to what music you prefer, quirky j-pop/rock or western pop/rock.

Ouendan is more fun i think but it doesn't thrash EBA as mr kreee states ;) we all know he secretly listens to cher and madonna when he's not beating hackers on MK:Online ;) :p

JPop works so much better than the crap on EBA.
