Absolutely Disgusted

So how often do you change your bedding it has come to light I am either a cleaning freek at once week or some of my work colleagues are filthy scumbags at month or more !

I have a pile of sacks that I sleep in. Every few days I just grab a new one and throw the old one away.

Good, nothing worse than a dirty sack.

No idea why clean sheets = much better nights sleep

Surely this deserves millions in research.
