ABX Zone are only 16 hours away from stomping us. We only recently passed them and I know we've got the crunching power to keep them at bay.

They are only out-producing us by around 20,000 to 30,000 points per day. We just need a little boost to keep them at bay or re-overtake them if they pass.

Is anyone bringing back some folding power or putting something new to work?

I've got another 12K to go on daily scores, and that's all there is here. FaHmon says im gonna be max'ed out at ~ 55K PPD. I guess I could fire up a second PS3, but that won't move the meter much.

Sounds good from both of you! I think it's going to be close between us and ABX.. good stuff :)

I'll be back to around 7KPPD in a day or two.

KE1HA what are you folding with?
2 Q6600's / 2x 9850's / 1x Q9770 all 1 SMP
9x GPU's - 6x 9800GT's 2x 8800GTS G92's 1x GTX--280
1x PS3

Most of it's at Stock speeds apart from my main rig, QX9770 / GTX-280. Have the GPU and CPU clocked a bit, but the others I want to be as stable as possible, as it's allot of work chasing down unstable Clients, WU's and Cores so i didn't want to introduce another variable. I could probably squeeze another 10K to 15K out all that mess if I wanted to live on a console chasing down problems
.

Hmm how many points would i earn per hour on my system?
Always thought about starting to fold..
Rough (conservative) est:
GPU: 7k to 8K PPD with a little shadder tweeking.
CPU: 3K to 4K PPD running SMP.

So I'd say: 420 to 500 PPH (points per hour ). But ya gotta let the WU's complete, and the SMP's can take a good while to run through. I run an SMP and GPU client all the time on my main rig.

No gamming with that running of course, and the graphics can move a bit slowly at times.

I also RIP DVD's / CD's overnight to my file server and do all sorts of other things while folding. It all takes it's toll on overall PPD, but the box is still plenty usefull.
.

EDIT: In fact, your systems looks to be very close to mine except your DDR-3. Antec 1200 Case, Enermax 720 PSU, Custom Water, 4GB Reaper PC8500, 2x Raptors HD's, 5x 1TB WD's SATA RAID-5, Q9770 Extreme CPU @ 3.8ghz, Evga GTX-280 (602 / 1400 / 1107), Asus Rampage Formula.

Well my current prediction of 11-12K PPD looks to be accurate(ish) 14K yesterday and maybe 10-12K today

My GTX280 has been RMA'ed and it is going through testing ATM, so my production has been hit quiet a lot (ive accidently put my rig into a 'not on' a few times as well) :(

I'll be back to around 7KPPD in a day or two.

Spoke to soon *cries*

Went down to have some dinner yesterday, then went for a shower. However the shower was dead (no power), so went to the fuse box to see if it was tripped and it was. Switched it back on and it immediately tripped again. I went upstairs to have a look, and was greeted by a foul electronic burning smell as I approached my room. The first thing I noticed was a puddle under my PC, and the wall behind it looked like someone had hit it with a hose.

For some bizarre reason the tubing on my mosfet block (7/16 on 1/2" barbs  ffs) had just popped off whilst the PC was on. Cue the pump churning out water (best part of a litre) over my switched on PC (and two fully loaded surge protectors underneath it). I can't test my Q6600, X38 or 4GB ram till I get some 'more' fluid and tubing.

I currently limping along on my AMD dualie with the 8800GT, so my folding with only be GPU based and patchy at best for the next month or so :/
