Abywhere I could get my Zen repaired?

I have a Creative zen micro 6gig and my niece dropped it and now if you move the headphones it cuts out. Is there any good places I could get it repaired? its out of warranty by the way.

My friend has had 3 Zens that he has had to send back because of the problem you describe. I think it is a problem with them anyway. Just dropping it brought it on.

Could still send to creative

Is there a known issue with the Zen Micro headphone socket?

Creative Support have neither confirmed nor denied it officially. Some users have posted purported emails from Creative on the forum saying that the socket has been reinforced, but these have not been confirmed by Creative Support either. The exact incidence of the problem is unknown, but newer players seem to suffer less from it.

Yep this is definatly a known problem with the headphone jack, if anyone knows of a fix can they please post it. :)
