AC Accelero S1 and Zalman chipset fanless compatibility?

I have a 7800GT that I am wanting to cool passively but I just realised that I might run into problems with my Zalman ZM-NB47J Northbridge Cooler. Am I right in assuming the Zalman and Arctic Cooling Accelero S1 Rev. 2 VGA Cooler will not sit happily together?

Certainly doesn't look like they will.

I'm glad the MSI Neo2-FR design puts the SB at that position with a low profile heatsink!

What other good passive heatsinks are there that will clear the NB cooler? Zalman VNF100? Thermalright HR-03 Rev.A?

Will I run into problems running these above the card with little over 3.5cm clearance?
