AC Copper Silent 2TC vs SLK800?

hi all, i have a arctic cooling copper silent 2TC modded to have the fan run at full speed all the time at 3000rpm and i also have a SLK 800 heatsink.

the AC cooler is currently on my cpu in the athlon 1400 system. was wondering would a akasa amber with the slk800 sink be a better combo to use?

The Thermalrights are beasts, much better than the Socket A Arctic Cooling models. I had an AC Copper Silent 2L and it was rubbish really, it worked and it was cheap, but temps would hit 63 under load.
