my question is are my temps abit too high and would it be worthfitting a accelero s1 rev2 with a notcua 120mm fan to it?

those temps are fairly hot, but still within constraints. If the fan is too loud over 70%, then I'd go for the T-rad, or the Accellero Twin Turbo.

I've got the T-Rad with an Amber Quiet, and it's lovely and quiet :) Whilst the Akasa fan isn't as silent as my Noctua, the graphics fan no longer ramps up or down, which I found more annoying than any temp issues.

If that's a powercolor reference version then those temps are too high. Block to core contact is not good.

The reference cooler on 40%-45% is still pretty noisy IMO but should keep it 70s under load...so with the fan on 100% I would say those temps are unacceptable.
