Acceptable level of bleed?

My new Asus MX239H arrived today. Brilliant monitor however on solid blacks I notice the following:

It's very noticeable. Would you guys say this is basis for return?

If in doubt you should return it.

Bleed in the bottom corners is common but bleed in the upper corners is unacceptable.
