Access 2007- -3100 error

Anyone got Access 07 on their machine yet?

No matter what database I try and open I get the error message

workgroup administrator couldn't create the workgroup information file. Make sure that you have specified a valid path and file name, that you have adequate permissions to create the file, and that you have enough disk space on the destination drive. (-3100)

Anyone have any ideas what on earth is happening?

Microsoft says:

The file Msjtes40.dll is not correctly registered.

To fix:

Open a command prompt and enter:

regsvr32.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\msjtes40.dll

Cheers for that. Wonder if there's something wrong with the MSDN versions 'cos every copy we've installed at work has had this problem.
