In the template "contacts" database the form "contact details" uses the vista skin and is "always on top". I can't find the control or property option to turn this on/off anywhere.

Can anyone help me with this? Screen shot below.

Sounds like it could be the PopUp property on the form.
If it is set to Yes change it to No, there is some info on it here.

Yep that looks like the option, still can't find where to change the value from yes to no though.
