access denied messages when trying to disable indexing on ssd boot drive?

when trying to disable indexing i get a bunch of access denied messages after i have givin admin permision from files such as alphabet.xml and convertinkstore.exe is this normal

Ignore them and continue. Certain files and folders will always be except from this.
