access denied

Hi i receive the error message access denied when using Computer Management to manage a client from with in windows 2003 but i can manage the server from the client ?

any help would be good.

ps. The client is found but no access allowed.

Double Check the domain group "Domain Administrators" is part of the Local Security group on the PC.

How do i go about doing this if it's not ?
