Access help

Right, i was wondering if someone could help here.
I have a database in access, and in that i have a table with details of clients etc. I've created a mail merge in word, thats all ok. What I would like to do however is create a button that will automatically mail merge when i press it. I think it requires a macro, but because you cant record them in access im unsure of what to do.
Can anyone here shed any light on the matter please?

Can you not create the macro in the word merge doc.

Get them to open the doc and click the macro?

I meant the button to be in access, on my menu form....if you get me?

No easy solution I'm afraid, one way of doing this is using VB and Word bookmarks. I found it straightforward but time consuming to setup properly.
