Hello there.

Is it possible to setup a new access point for my wireless devices from a Homeplug system. there are some parts of my house where Wifi is weak . another wifi access point would be ideal if i could do that on top of Powerline networking. I'm looking a getting the TP Link 200 AV.. I already have a Netgear DGN2000 which i would use to create a new wifi point..

Would appreciate any feedback going on this....

cheers in advance...

Yes it's perfectly fine. Just make sure you disable DHCP on the Netgear DGN2000 and keep the same SSID, but perhaps use a different channel (4-6 channels away from the other) to reduce any interference.

i took your advice... got the kit working straight away. i now have an access point for when i'm outside.. and my BluRay player and Humax Freesat HDR both connect as well. Am changing HiFi soon so will be able to get a Network Hifi.
