Access to shared folders denied W10

We have folders that need to be shared in work on a windows 10 pc. The folders are shared as 'everyone with all permissions' we have 5 pc's accessing them no problem.

I've just added another pc to the network and when I try to access the shared folder I get 'you don't have permission to access this folder'

Any ideas I can try tomorrow as I've spent a few hours on this with no joy. Changed all network settings to allow in local, private, local etc.

This is just a network with Windows 10 we don't have a server.

Are the shares password protected? Guest access is disabled in some W10 versions and can be enabled through regedit if that's the case.

How are you authenticating, are they on a domain, workgroup etc.
