Hi,
Our design dept uses Apple macs, not quite sure what model etc because I don't use them. Anyway, one of the people who uses the macs can access our file server on our domain network - he just finds the server name, clicks on it, enters his username and password and he can get in.
The other person, however, can see the server - enters her username and password but gets an "Error, could not connect, Alias "SIP1" not found" (ok, not exact message but close enough). Does this error mean anything to anyone and is there any way I can resolve it? Her username is set to the appropriate permission levels etc.
Thanks
