Accessing Router Remotely

I've got a BT Voyager 2110 and want to know if I can access it from another pc, not on a local network, to enable/disable the wireless facility. Is this possible??

Do you have a static IP address from your ISP or know your dynamic IP, is so try browsing to that ip address and see if anythings visible. Possibly also google for telnet and the rrouter name

I've got an IP addy for the router so I'll give that a go.
