Accessing windows 7 after forgetting password

OK so I built a PC for a mate earlier this year.
I foolishly didnt set up a administrators account for myself on it before handing it over.

Mate has now changed password (after multiple pints) and has forgotten said password

Is there any way I can recover the situation without re-installing everything again? :confused:

(Mate also wants lock on the pc connected to some sort of breathaliser device, is this also possible?

There's plenty of working password removers if you have a quick google. I used one for a mate not too long ago but the name escapes me, if you're still looking by tonight I'll have a look when I get home.

Hirens boot cd has some tools on it.

I've used something called SpotMau Bootsuite.
Although I think you may have to pay a hefty price for this now, but can't remember
