I can view the Windows partition from Leopard but all files are locked and I can't drag anything onto the drive

Also, I can't see the Mac OSX partition from Windows which is pretty annoying!

Is there a plugin I need for this?

AFAIK there are two ways.

Paragon or NTFS-G3.

Paragon will cost you $30 while NTFS-G3 is open source but G3 will require a bit of extra technical savvy to quote the website I've just googled.

*edit* As for the other way around try

TransMac, MacDrive or HFS Explorer. The last one is free but uses Java to explore the disk.

I was using NTFS-3G on tiger before I put leopard on and had no problems with it :) altho I've not put it onto leopard as I just use USB storage for cross-platform copying.
